Day 3 of 30 day challenge - Obstacles

Hello everyone. Once you have decided to make a change the next obstacle can be creating a routine or habit. Establishing a routine or habit was the most crucial part for me to move forward and progress. Identifying what are "routine breakers" helped me also plan ahead. Use your booklets to write down your schedule and meal plans. Not everything may be perfect or done precisely but this process will evolve over time. Without a plan or schedule everything else will take precedence. Stay in course. You can do it! - Dr. Darren
