Hello again! So a couple of thoughts today. With warmer temperatures on the way it might be your chance to incorporate some activity outside. Family day is coming up on Monday so maybe that could be a day to get out the house be active. I have a few links that may be helpful to you in your search for nutrition and exercise. Use these as resources and ideas.

1.Dr. Joel Furhman. He also has a you tube link if you would like to watch some of the topics he describes. Dr. Furhman specializes in preventing and reversing disease through nutritional and natural methods. Dr. Fuhrman is an internationally recognized expert on nutrition and natural healing.

2. 23 1/2 hours. This video should motivate you as to WHY you need to exercise. These are made by Dr. Mike Evans.A good companion to this video would be another of his videos on the topic of Stress.

3. If you haven't started strong then plan on finishing strong. I have had request for info regarding the Isagenix  9 day weight loss system ,so click this link to see the 9 day deep cleanse and fat-burning system. It really works for kick starting the weight loss or even kicking your weight loss into high gear. I have done the 9 day cleanse myself ( along with exercise)  and slimmed down 6 lbs. It is actually an 11 days program because there is a 2 day pre cleanse routine. Schedule to talk to Dr. Sean and I if you have questions or would like to discuss ordering.

I hope all of you have set out some guidelines to follow and possibly even a goal of some sort. Dr. Sean, Lynn, and I are entering the Moonlight run on March 8th. This gives us some motivation and something to shoot for. Dr. Sean and I are planning to enter The "Mud and Sweat " obstacle run in Lethbridge May 31st. Your goal doesn't have to be a running event but choose something you can shoot for and at the same time challenges you. Changing your eating habits is awesome, but exercise is a nutrient in in your life you can't go with out. Get more of it! Change your unhealthy thinking habits! You all can do it!
